系统主要是利用JSP与SQL Server 2000相结合设计的。系统具有删除、修改、发布等功能。求职者可以先注册再登录，登录后可以修改个人资料、发布求职信、删除求职信。同样，招聘方也可以先注册后登录，登录后即可发布招聘信，同时可以修改企业资料、删除招聘信。发布的求职信和招聘信可以显示在主页上供企业和求职者浏览，以方便他们找到各自需求。
